traffic_top help text / option name is confusing

I am guessing --sleep doesn't really enable the debugging output.

$ traffic_top -h
Usage: traffic_top [--SWITCH [ARG]]
  switch__________________type__default___description
  -s, --sleep             int   6         Enable debugging output

Help for option is now Sets the delay between updates (in seconds)
