This has merge conflicts for v8.0.0, but I've CP'ed this to v9.0.0 for now. Please make a new PR for the 8.0.x branch. |

proxy.config.http.redirect_enabled is gone, and surprised me moving into production testing. Adding to the documentation about how to use number_of_redirections instead.
