Added reference to mqtt TS in kustomize

At some point, we may want to update the ArgoCD application manifest to stop using Kustomize, but instead replicate it using multiple sources (see example) to specify the following:

1. Helm chart
2. Helm values
3. Another folder containing other files such as the TS

This will remove the need to define the dependent manifests in the kustomization.yaml each time a new file is added, which seem to stumble us a lot
