Please upgrade the Uvicorn in the lock file, to see that it passes tests with the latest version. (In the PR there is still version 0.35.0 even though the constraint was updated)

Description
I think the issue in #1441 was related to isolating HTTP clients, and it was resolved in #1513. I don't think we should limit the version for
uvicornanymore.
