can we drop Require-prof

this dep has no license in git, and trying to sort that out with the developer has been a dead end. need to evaluate how we can replace / remove the components.

@brylie: I don't see require-prof anywhere in API Umbrella's dependency tree, so I'm afraid I'm not sure about this. Are you all seeing require-prof being used some where?

It was reported in the downstream issue linked above. I am not active with the project, so am not clear on the lineage/divergence of the apinf/api-umbrella repository.
