Definition of done

Test any new development based on the release notes, particularly
- FIWARE sign up / sign in
Verify enhancements listed in release notes and the corrections for closed error reports (= bug fixes), see the release note
Go through acceptance testing
Update the testing document to cover any missing test cases or any UI changes in existing test cases
- Create a PR for docs
