Monitoring page layout change: newest data on top

Background

On Monitoring page user can start and stop monitoring and see the monitoring history of an API. The monitoring is shown for last 24 hours.

Problem

The monitoring history is shown in chronological order, which means, that the older data is up and the newest data is at bottom. Thus user has to scroll down in order to see latest status.
Also the monitoring controls are at the bottom, thus user has to scroll also in order to get them on hand.

Proposed Solution

Change the layout of Monitoring page such a way, that first there is monitoring controls (tickbox, input field and Save button) and below that there is monitoring history in counter-chronological order (newest first).
That way user can make changes without scrolling the page and also sees the newest data when arriving the page, because the user probably is most interested in newer data .

Also there could be a button to show and hide guidance text (default hidden) . When guidance text is hidden, more monitoring data is shown without scrolling the page.
