Loadsubmissions creates courses and exercises with the name 'unknown'

When creating courses and exercises for testing using the loadsubmissions function, the courses and exercises correctly get the id from the input, but the names that show up in the user interface are all just 'unknown' and need to be manually configured to be something else. It would be nice if the name was the same as the ID to help with development.
