只有properties的namespace有同步配置和灰度的功能？？？？

请问是只有properties类型的namespace有同步配置和灰度发布的按钮吗？
如果使用的是yaml格式的namespace，是因为考虑到他的配置项在不同环境/集群同步时比较时有困难吗？所以没有给他同步配置的按钮。
