API to fetch Apple Search Ads data

1. Refer to Search Ads API documentation to create certificate file: https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/General/Conceptual/AppStoreSearchAdsAPIReference/API_Overview.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40017495-CH7-SW1

2. GetCampaignsData.py retrieves campaign results for a given timeframe (see GetCampaignsData.json and 'Reporting Request' section of Search Ads documentation for filtering options)

3. GetSearchTermsData.py fetches search terms for a given campaign, thus script needs campaign id as an argument
