Just spent a whole day trying to make use of the "mobile: getNotifications" script.

Maybe it is just me, but it wasn't obvious that there might be multiple Settings where notification permissions can be set, depending on the vendor. I was having no trouble making use of this feature in a Samsung device but I wasn't able to it in a Xiaomi Poco F3. Eventually, I figured out that there was a Special Permissions section, at the Privacy menu, where I could give yet more Notification permissions.

This MR is just an effort to try and raise awareness about that and hopefully make life easier for other people who come across the same issue.

Let me know if this PR seems useful or can be improved in any way.
