Motivation: `ExecutionContextRule` creates an `IoExecutor` with `DefaultThreadFactory`, but it should use `IoThreadFactory`. Modifications: - Use `IoThreadFactory` for `IoExecutor` in `ExecutionContextRule`; Result: `ExecutionContextRule` uses correct `ThreadFactory` for `IoExecutor`.
