"Last modified" column does not meet expectations

When I look at the last modified column, I expect that to mean "the last time anyone edited anything on this issue, or added feedback, or added a comment". The current times are certainly not that.

Agreed. I think it's the last time someone edited the text of the issue,
or the issue itself. I'll create a card.
