docs: ✨ Updated ecosystem docs with reference to new community app

This PR updates the ecosystem/misc. documentation to include a new additional reference to a community-supported streamlit-based UI to view Trivy reports.

Not sure what happened but I think that either this needs to get renamed to security.md or the link that refers to it needs to be updated. The old link used to work, now it points to https://aquasecurity.github.io/trivy/dev/ecosystem/security.md and that is 404'ing.
