chore(ubuntu): Add Ubuntu 22.04 EOL date

Description

Adds end of life date for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

I could also add EOL dates for Ubuntu 23.04 and 23.10 but I don't understand the meaning of the columns for non-LTS versions.
