feat(k8s): add default commands for unknown platform #7863

Description

This PR introduces a default command handler for unknown Kubernetes platforms, such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). When the platform type is unrecognized, the system will now return commands for Kubernetes (k8s type).
