(Documentation) Do not use field type name for field URL hash #1481

  • we are currently using type names in field header. That causes the URL hashes to look like #specsomefield-string. But old documentation use #specsomefield format. We should use same format to ensure old external links will work properly
  • also improving overall page layout: separator is added between fields + source code reference in inlined and looks more compact.
