Renaming some ArangoDB Environment Variables to establish a consistent naming pattern:

ARANGO_HOST, ARANGO_PROTOCOL, ARANGO_PORT have been merged into ARANGO_URL
DB_NAME is now ARANGO_DB_NAME
COLLECTION_NAME is now ARANGO_COLLECTION_NAME
