x86_64 아키텍쳐에서 빌드된 realease 요청

현재 1.0.0 realease에서는 arm 아키텍쳐에서 구현된 실행파일만 포함
따라서 x86_64 아키텍쳐에서 빌드된 실행파일도 포함해서 새로운 realease 버전 요청
