When using the "Responsive Design Mode" [1] and the "touch simulation" gets activated it requires the page to reload in order to work properly. Firefox provides an option to automatically run this task which is now enabled by default. [1]: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Responsive_Design_Mode GH-222
