This PR addresses the namespace changes on mbed-os (cordio and vendor removed).
It also addresses the problem of having mbed macro not considered during the compilation of the cordio thread. It solves this by including the mbed file headers (in this case
<driver/CordioHCITransportDriver.h>) afterArduino.h
