I think it could be helpful to standardize across Arduino's JavaScript/TypeScript repositories. I recently investigated the creation of GitHub Actions workflow templates to run eslint on JavaScript and TypeScript projects and had this dilemma that some of the Arduino repos are using yarn and others npm.

Theia does not work without yarn. If we want to streamline all JS libs and repositories, we have to stick to yarn.
