Add OS update script

Added a script to update the OS and Arduino FW. Triggerable using MQTT (topic: mendeleev/0/update) or using the external button.

First release

First release with python-based MQTT bridge.
Update script for the Arduino firmware is triggered using the external button. The external led gives indication about the progress.
