Add optimistic UI update for closing unmerged PRs to provide immediate feedback to the user.
Previously, the UI did not immediately reflect the closed PRs, leading to a poor user experience. This change optimistically updates the PR state to "closed" in the UI immediately after the user clicks the button, then reverts if the API call fails.
