[UI] Move cursor using keyboard shortcuts for TokenClassification #2279

This would still be a great improvement for annotation ease/speed! I know llm/feedback dataset stuff kinda has priority right now but one day 🥺 |

For the token classification mode it is hard to select using mouse(click+drag) if the annotations are being made at character level. It would be nice to be able to move the cursor using keyboard shortcuts.
Describe the solution you'd like
For example AWS - ground truth service provides the following shortcuts for NER:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/sagemaker-ground-truth-labeling-task-preview/preview.html (you might need an aws sagemaker account/free should work)
