A new question for the Feedback Datasets, where it is possible to draw spans to highlight fragments of text while applying a label.

• Most of the time, we want to select full tokens, but for some types of data it is also important to have the possibility to annotate by character.

@vmehta-cohere We've added the new SpanQuestion in Feedback datasets in version 1.26.0, so you can already try this out! The overlapping spans should come in the next release 😄 Let us know how it goes!
