adaptor.pyd can be compiled with lanms/CMakeLists.txt
Windows users can use lanms/lanms.cmd thanks to @kingstarcraft
see ubuntu.sh for the whole installation steps for testing
to add subdirectory pybind11, a submodule is added with the latest release
see test_images.py to test EAST with images without running a local server
