Show health of resources on the Sync details page

Summary

Right now the status shown on the Sync details page (one you get when clicking on last Sync) is with regards to sync of resources itself succeeding or failing. However, this leads to confusing situations when all resources synced so far show green or gray (for skipped), but sync failed due to an error. For example (DB migration is a custom resource):

It would be great to show that the resource got into unhealthy state as a reason for sync failed.

Motivation

Resolve the confusion when sync fails but everything on Sync details page shows as green or gray.

Proposal

Include an additional column in Sync details page to include the resource status.
