Describe the bug

The cluster name is not rendered correctly on app details page when application referencing cluster by name,

To Reproduce

  1. Create an app can configure it with the cluster name instead of server URL
  2. Navigate to app details page and click on details button
  3. Cluster URL has undefined instead of real URL and tooltip is empty.

Expected behavior

App details page should have property cluster URL and tooltip
