Similar to https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/issues/14780 we also need to add support for `blobhash` in the SMT checker. `blobhash` was added here: https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/pull/14757 and here: https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/pull/14759
