Hi,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

I tested the page, and it seems to be functioning correctly on my end. To help us diagnose the problem further, could you please provide a bit more information? Specifically:

A screenshot of the error message you're encountering.
The browser and device you're using when you encounter the issue.
Any specific actions you were taking when the error occurred (e.g., trying to access a specific link, performing a search, etc.).

Hi, we have tested it on different IP, location, PC with different accounts, it all works fine. Have you tried on another browser or computer? If the problem still exists, could you provide me with your account detail?

Thanks. I have tried with Microsoft Edge and it is now working. however when I use Google chrome. It does not work and a 54 Gateway issue appeared. Even when I switch to Incognito... Can this problem still be resolved for Chrome?

Screenshot 2024-06-03 172935 It looks like it's happening to my Microsoft Edge. I was on the Browse App screen and it suddenly turned to a 504 Gateway Time-out screen. (See screenshot attached)

Also - the Contact button in the footer of the website - does not work. It currently leads to a "page can't be found - this page may have been moved or deleted" See screenshot

Hi Andrew,

Are you logged in or logged out when you are getting these results?
I've also tested with a logged out account and can't replicate this issue.
It may be an issue with permissions, so if you can email your details to support@aristotlemetadata.com we can provide some more personalised support.

Just FYI - both @liutuo368 and I are employees at Aristotle Metadata, so we may hav edifferent permissions to you which is why I want to check.
