cmd + a (on mac) is not selecting all text in input field

Thanks @mustafawm. This is an issue upstream (filed in vscode) -- the keyboard event is intercepted before it can reach the webview in the extension. I'll keep an eye out for progress there and update this issue

This is fixed upstream with this microsoft/vscode#54851
