When Apartment Profile page is refreshed and an occupant is assigned to the apartment, the occupant would have "lease not allocated" in the monthly rental in his/her profile (stay history) #106

How to reproduce:

Select an apartment in /apartments
Refresh the page
Add occupant
Go to /occupants and select the occupant assigned in step 3.
Under Stay History, the monthly rental for the stay created in step 3 shows "Lease not allocated"

Expected outcome:
Monthly rental should show the appropriate monthly rental for the selection (provided it meets the criteria)
