Description

remove redundant definition of La Frite u-boot map (starting work to pull board names out of family configs)

bump gxl boards to libreElec FIP away from old Armbian-maintained ones (yours truly quit updating that forever ago)

s9xx-box and C400-plus were using gxl fip, so assigned them the p212 (gxl reference design) fip. c400 should probably use vim2 or tartiflette s912 as it is a gxm, but I'll leave that change to the maintainer.

boards build and boot: potato, la frite, vim1

Nice. Later, also remove the fetch_sources_tools__amlogic_odroidc2_blobs_fip hook since we don't need the repo anymore. Extra points if you do the same to meson-gxbb ;-)
