Windows not building properly #1800

this has probably already been answered but i am a fool, i followed all instructions but when i try to build i get an exe that just dosen't do anything? what am i supposed to do (Btw i have almost zero experience with VS) When i tried to run the exe it made a dmp file that said "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access." |

Copy the exe file from armortools/armorpaint/build/x64/release to armortools/armorpaint/build/out
