An entirely new ArmDev 2.0! Almost everything has changed so reading changes.rst and readme.rst is recommended. Supports Django 1.3-1.6 for Python 2.6 and 2.7.

  • Uses Invoke instead of Fabric
  • Explicit use of Setuptools
  • Way faster virtualenv creation
  • Tox testing support
  • Running a Django environment with Armstrong component settings is easier. Anything manage.py can do, ArmDev can do. Including running tests (and Tox) with arguments.
