It looks like the dependency on Requires 1.0 is a bit too sensitive to downgrade to Requires 0.5.2. We'll have to wait for an MCMCChains.jl fix. |

This PR will try several approaches to address the slowdown in building the docs, operating on the assumption that the cause is MCMCChains (see TuringLang/MCMCChains.jl#171)
