CompatHelper: bump compat for DataInterpolations to 7, (keep existing compat) #44

This pull request changes the compat entry for the DataInterpolations package from 4, 5, 6 to 4, 5, 6, 7.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

The failure on v1.8 happens because the test action forces the latest version of all dependencies since this is a CompatHelper build, and DataInterpolations has a LinearAlgebra=1.10 compat bound. It's safe to merge.
