0_javascript_tutorial.md をみていて事前課題みたいなページはあってもよさそうと思った。

この書籍の対象じゃないかどうかを判定できるような材料といった感じのページ。
少なくてもこの事前課題のようなことができないと、躓くと思うのでそこは分かる前提でって感じの文章。

書籍としては必要ないかもしれないけど、スペース的においておくと便利そうなので、ざっと書いてみる
