Warehouse-ROS-Simulation

Warehouse simulation with a watcher robot in ROS1 Noetic

Objectives:

  1. Simulate realistic warehouse operations in Gazebo.
  2. Develop basic object recognition capabilities using computer vision and integrate it with a husky robot

Prerequisites

Ensure you have the following installed:

  • ROS
  • Gazebo
  • OpenCV

Installation

Following tutorials are great in setting up ROS and Gazebo: https://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/InstallingandConfiguringROSEnvironment

If you install ROS Full desktop version, Gazebo and Husky will be installed to

# Clone the repository
$ git clone https://github.com/askvyas/Warehouse-ROS-Simulation.git

This project is terminated and the project is being built from scratch again on ROS2 Humble
