  1. Add compatibility with auto_enums 

    Make Mockall compatible with the use of the auto_enums crate for
functions that use RPIT, like this:
```rust
    #[auto_enum(Future)]
    fn foo() -> impl Future<Output=()> {
        ...
    }
```
