Consider having FromAbsolute in UriHelpers

Effectively the opposite of BuildAbsolute. Given the absolute URI, create the pieces (HostString, PathString, QueryString, etc.). I effectively have this in my URL Rewrite Implementation, however it seems general purpose enough that it should be a helper.
