In the context of astarte-platform/astarte#924, introduce the `ASTARTE_INSTANCE_ID` env var to distinguish the different instance we're in (default to "" to maintain backward compatibility). Signed-off-by: Arnaldo Cesco <arnaldo.cesco@secomind.com>
