Summary
Add two simple tests that we recently discussed with @dcreager. They demonstrate that the
TypeMapping::MarkTypeVarsInferableoperation really does need to keep track of the binding context.Test Plan
Made sure that those tests fail if we create
TypeMapping::MarkTypeVarsInferable(None)s everywhere.
