Name and icon has been changed to make it easier to deploy for snapcraft and flatpak

Changes:

• revamp timing window
• fix menu icon not showing on WSL
• manually adjust menu popup
• fix pause, play and stop circuit simulation issue.

Release of GLogic

Created a mime type for .glc diles and added Icons.
