Please find the first draft for the following conventional commits issue. I look forward to your comments!

@Aahil13 The doc is pretty lengthy with some overlapping phrases here and there, and I'm afraid that newcomers won't be able to finish the reading in one go.
I would suggest shortening it by squeezing the essence. For example, provide a summary with bullets at the beginning and then gradually expand on those bullets, but keep a reasonable overall length.
