Added a FAQ page which can have basic questions answered. This only a mock version. I would like to go in deep and make a better design and add 3 section - speaker, attendee, sponsor FAQs. Here is the screenshot of the FAQ page: |

Description
Issue: The button Sponsor Prospectus opens a new tab which opens the pdf in the drive. This causes some delay and it would be better and easy if we directly download the file.
Fix: Added the download functionality when the button is clicked
