This commit does not provide large, sweeping changes, but rather
attempts to feather coverage of the biggest feature of the v0.2.0
release (i.e., automatic user sessions termination support) alongside
existing fail2ban coverage for timing out user sessions.
As of v0.2.0, both options should be viable.
Further work is needed (e.g., GH-77) to cover log output and
notifications, particularly where it concerns sessions termination.
The es binary only receives a brief mention here/there, but it should
prove useful enough even as a standalone tool to be used in place of
the web UI for terminating user sessions (e.g., as part of processing
a vendor's report).
