Remove abandoned orijtech/tickeryzer linter
061c7d7 
- drop references to linter from README
- remove from `oldstable`, `stable` and `unstable` images
- remove from `tools/*` files so that we're no longer tracking
  potential future releases of linter

Remove orijtech/tickeryzer linter

Linter is no longer supported (per upstream repo activity), so
removing from active use.
