In appendix.html, we show CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH="/path/to/ac-library/atcoder" as the example of CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH. This is wrong, we should set CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH="/path/to/ac-library/"
